What we love about this tree:
It's the largest tree in an area of flat farmfields, and it stands out like a giant tower
The central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh is home to the incredible palace compound of Orchha. This giant baobab tree is, to my best reckoning, dating from the 1500s and was brought across from Southern Africa to India by Arab traders.
