A few important things:

We have minimum class sizes — if it looks like we don’t get enough participants, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or refund.
If there are inclement weather conditions we may change venue – we will contact you to discuss.
We’ll refund 100% of your ticket fee if you cancel 2 weeks in advance, 50% if you cancel 1 week in advance, and are unable to provide refunds in the final week before the Expedition.
We’re also happy to discuss rescheduling or transfers to another Expedition.
